DISCOVERY
The Virtual Paralegal can provide your law office with the following staff support services in the discovery process of litigation by:
- Drafting Interrogatories and Reqeusts for Production of Documents
- Drafting Answers to Interrogatories and Requests for Production of Documents
- Contacting the client to prepare for answering discovery
- Motion to Compel
- Notice of Heariings
- Certificate of Service
- Scheduling Hearing with the Court
- Electronic Filiing
- Mailing copies to opposing counsel
NOTE: The Virtual Paralegal cannot provide legal services to individuals. We can only provide paralegal services to attorneys in good standing with the American Bar Association, State Bar Association and Local Bar Association. If you are in need of legal assistance and you are not an attorney, you must seek the advice of an attorney. Please do refrain from emailing The Virtual Paralegal with requests that are not made by a bona fide attorney in good standing as mentioned previously.
Rates
Rates will be based on an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour plus expenses incurred including, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, postage and purchase of any special software necessary to complete the task. Time to complete the job will be estimated and any projects estimated over $200.00 will require a 50% down payment. The Virtual Paralegal requires a signed contract, which outlines the project details, prior to beginning any work.
Hourly Rate - $45.00
Payment
The Virtual Paralegal accepts payment by online payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express (with a 3% additional charge), business check or money order.
